What are Plant Belles?
Plant Belles are grow-through plant supports with a difference. Made of solid steel wire, with a natural rust finish. Plant Belles are beautiful and functional, handcrafted ornamental garden structures, designed and made in Devon. As seen in prestigious RHS and National Trust gardens since 2008.
Placed in the border, Plant Belles protect young spring growth emerging from beneath, before providing much needed support to plants through the growing season. The decorative Plant Belle detail can be glimpsed through foliage, as flower stems reach the heady heights of Summer. In Winter, crusted in frost or dripping with rain, the elegant rusted metal wire frames make a notable statement in the garden.

The Plant Belles are all named after gardening legends who have connections with the Arts & Crafts movement and the romantic notions of the Cottage Garden; for example Gertrude, Margery, Christopher, Ernest & Sidney. Different Belle shapes perform different functions, offering different forms of support to different needy plants.
